Strawberries & goat cheese. A little bit sweet and a little bit savory, mash these two up for a heavenly combo.
Guacamole & bacon crostinis. This is sort of my favorite pairing ever. It definitely falls more under the taste-bud-happy than healthy title, but it’s killer. It started one a few years ago when I wanted a bagel and was out of cream cheese, but I had some left over guac (and of course, bacon—always). It was love at first bite. Also, here’s a kid-inspired snack idea that I’m totally stealing for quick, bowl-free guac!
Spinach & greek yogurt dip with baked pita crisps. I’ve seen other brands out there, but our local grocer makes an unbelievable version. It’s great with baked pita crisps, but honestly, I could eat it straight out of the jar!
Raspberries, chocolate, coconut & honey. If you’re in the mood for something on the sweeter side, this is the ticket. I toss these ingredients in a bowl quickly and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey—crazy good.
Chilled tomato, cucumber & quinoa with lemon. This one takes a little more work, but it’s great if you’ve used these ingredients in your meal the evening before. I love the tomato and cukes chopped raw, mixed with a bit of quinoa and spritzed with lemon. I love the crunch from the cuke, the sweetness from the tomato and bite of sour from the lemon. Grab it straight from the fridge for a pick me up.
