Say hello to ‘The Monday’ smoothie, my new best friend. I’ve been stepping up my smoothie game lately since I started incorporating my Raw Complexions Skintox Beauty Food, and this one is my newest fave creation. It took a few tries to perfect it but it’s pretty on point. I have my go-to green smoothies as well, but I think Monday calls for something prettier (yet still tasty and healthy), don’t you? 

‘The Monday’ Smoothie

1¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (I get mine pre-squeezed at Whole Foods)
1/4 cup (1 scoop) vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp Skintox Beauty Food No. 1
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
Small handful fresh blueberries

Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend up until smooth. Cheers to kicking Monday booty!
